SheeOak Ridge Pty Ltd is a newly focused independent subsidiary company of Bactleen Pty Ltd (Peter Thompson Architects) and was established the 2nd May 2002. Bactleen Pty Ltd (Peter Thompson Architects) has been in business since 1984 working in three fields of construction (Architecture, Commercial Construction and Domestic Building).
Bactleen Pty Ltd has undertaken a number of Government housing projects throughout the Ballarat region in the late 80s & 90s. Later various commercial projects for Government. Today we are now focusing Shee Oak Ridge Pty Ltd on the Domestic Building and upto $2.5 Mil Commercial Construction market and leaving Bactleen Pty Ltd to operate Peter Thompson’s Architectural practice. As a group in regard to Community and public works projects we provide service as Project Managers, Architects, and Building Contractors.
Sheeoak Ridge Pty Ltd is currently working as project manager for the YMCA - Camps division on 5 sites in Victoria administering 4 cost plus building projects with a budget of some 2 million dollars and 15 minor works building contracts. We also have work with the State Government, Sport and Recreation Victoria (1.6mil )and Moorabool shire,(290,000.00) Peter Thompson is a director and the holder of the following Registrations Architect 13975, Commercial Builder CB-L 24263. and Domestic Builder DB-U 36839. Peter has been Practising as builder and architect since 1984 has been the principle consultant on various projects ranging in value up to $50mil.
